Your experts in airworthiness

Lessors and Owners of aircraft and engines do not usually have Air Operators Certificates. Therefore, they are not permitted to have a Maintenance Organisation complete all the activities required for the preparation for the delivery of the aircraft to the Lessee, and they must partner with an air operator. The aviation authorities that approved Vall Aviation Services have an official requirement that all commercial holders of Air Operator Certificates use the services of a Continuing Airworthiness Management Organisation (CAMO). As one such organization, Vall Aviation Services completes all maintenance under a controlled environment by the jurisdiction the aircraft is to be transferred under. Vall Aviation Services gives airworthiness consultations and performs aircraft delivery as well as redelivery.

Airworthiness

Airworthiness

As a continuing airworthiness management organisation (CAMO), we are authorised for scheduling and controlling all aspects of continuing airworthiness on aircraft and aircraft parts. We offer Airworthiness Management, ARC Renewals/Recommendations, Maintenance Program Development, Reliability Monitoring, Modification Project Management and Maintenance Planning.

Aircraft Delivery

Aircraft Delivery

Aircraft delivery is the receiving of the aircraft by the Operator from the Lessor. Before taking aircraft delivery and signing the transfer of the title, the operator is responsible for a complete and detailed inspection. As a CAMO, we have a team of experts that represent the operator and whose assignment is to check the conformity of the aircraft with the contractual specifications.

Aircraft Redelivery/Transition

Aircraft Redelivery/Transition

Aircraft redelivery is where a Lessee/Operator returns leased commercial aircraft to its Lessor at Lease expiry. The conditions under which the aircraft must be returned are outlined in the Redelivery Conditions. Meeting the maintenance records requirements during the redelivery can be challenging, so we support Operators with Lease aircraft transition.

General Aviation

General Aviation

Our organization also carries out the servicing and inspections of piston engine private aircraft of maximum take-off mass (MTOM) of 5700 kg or less in compliance with the General Aviation rules and regulations. General aviation stands for the 'private transport' and the recreational components of aviation, including activities such as aircraft homebuilding, flight training, flying clubs, aerial application, charitable, and humanitarian transportation.

Part-CAMO

Part-CAMO

Part-CAMO is a regulation using the concept of Management System that includes Safety Management SMS & Compliance Monitoring instead of the discontinued term Quality Management System. Part-CAMO centres around the development of an SMS system with safety risk management as well as the effectiveness of mitigating actions. Part-CAMO is obligatory for continuing airworthiness management of complex motor-powered aircraft.

Part M-Light

Part M-Light

Part M-Light is a relatively new alleviation to regulations that impacts the lighter end of the GA community (aircraft owners/operators, independent certifying staff, maintenance organisations, CAMOs, and other competent authorities. It applies to aeroplanes of 2730 kg maximum take-off mass (MTOM) or less, Rotorcrafts with a 1200 kg MTOM or less, certified with a maximum of four occupants and other EL2 aircraft.

Aircraft Maintenance

Aircraft can be placed into either a short or long term Care and Maintenance storage program. Our experts will ensure that the storage and maintenance of your aircraft during its storage program is done under the manufacturer’s recommendations, all while maintaining the aircraft’s airworthiness and maintenance compliance.
