Vall Aviation Services is Part CAMO Compliant

Vall Aviation Services is compliant with EASA Part Camo. The latter is an Annex Vc to (EU)1321/2014 that contains what requirements should be met by an organisation to manage the continuing airworthiness of an aircraft and its components for installation. The amendment contains new regulations and changes from the previous regulation and helps address SMS occurrence and reporting.

EASA is the abbreviation of the European Union Aviation Safety Agency, which is responsible for the safety of civil aviation. It conducts certification, standardisation, and regulation. The agency also carries out monitoring and investigation. It works by collecting and analysing safety data and drafts.

Part CAMO is а regulation effective 24 March 2020. It introduces a new structure in the domain of Continuing Airworthiness (CAW) – Part CAMO. The existing Part M Subpart G approvals will not be valid from 24 September 21.

The new regulation prefers the concept Management System that also includes Safety Management SMS & Compliance Monitoring, the old term Quality Management System is no longer in use.

The focus of the management system is to develop an effective SMS system with safety risk management as well as the effectiveness of mitigating actions.

Part CAMO aims to establish the cause of the next occurrence that has the potential to lead to an accident or serious incident, the ways of establishing that cause, the measures that should be taken, along with their effectiveness.

We have a full Compliance Management System under the amendment, and our expert personnel is informed about significant safety issues; they monitor and fully document compliance across all business sectors.
